I 'm probably not the most exciting person but I have a great zest for life.

I was born in Hannover, Germany. I graduated from the University of Cape Coast with 2nd class Honours in Sociology.

I am a full time working mother of four and have been married for twelve years.

I love to read, although I must  admit I have not had the chance to engage in this hobby because family life takes up most of my time.

I won't describe myself as a fitness junkie- yet,  but I love a good work out to get me going throughout the day.

I believe that age is nothing but a number and you are as old as you make yourself feel.

I believe that life is too short to stress, so don't worry too much and try to always be happy.
